The Buffalo Bills need to hit this one out of the park. We need some more talent at guard, but we also need to coach up the talent that is already here. Anyone know who will be in charge of this? Rex or his offensive coordinator?

Ryan's oline coach in NY (Devlin) isn't an option, he hooked up with Houston. Maybe Roman will want to bring Solari and/or Davis with him if he comes on board as OC.

Good Look Yard Rat, Dave DeGuglielmo the coach before Devlin is now with New England so Ryan's past relationships with OL coaches doesn't appear to be a factor in this search. Next would be Roman which would make sense.
