Any way you look at it, this is a huge upgrade to our coaching staff from last year.

Marrone and Hackett are not NFL caliber. They never were. They came from a 3rd rate college program where they were mediocre. They were only hired because of Brandon's connections to that college. It was stupid.

Now we have an experienced NFL HC in Ryan and an experienced NFL OC no matter who is hired.

If we can keep Schwartz, that is a tremendous amount of NFL coaching experience.

What is there not to like?

It does not immediately solve or QB and OL problems, but it is a huge step in the right direction.

I was pulling for the Pats yesterday as well because they have the best chance to beat Denver, who I hate with a passion. However, I would rather stick sharp needles in my eyes than say "we" or "our" associating myself personally with the Pats.

Oh and **** the Bruins.

When the play-offs come and the Bills are not in them, I pick a team from each of the AFC and NFC to root for.

Pats and Packers this year.

wow, your hatred for denver must be pretty bad because for me.... nothing and I do mean nothing is worse than the new england patriots and their idiotic douchebag bandwagon fans with a close second that goes to the steelers (with all respect to my wife who is a steeler fan who roots for the bills to keep me happy) lol

It's been a long time since I've been to Boston, but Denver Fans make me puke. They know nothing about football as far as strategy or scheme, they just know when an opposing receiver doesn't catch a pass so they can chant "IN -COM-PLETE". Gayest thing in pro sports, but that's Bronco Fans.
