This is really exciting. Rex Ryan is the kind of guy we would never have brought in if Ralph and Russ were still running the show. Sure, Russ liked making a splash every now and then...but this kind of swagger and braggadocio were never part of it. Even with T.O., we acted like he should be expected to temper his attitude and be a team guy who didn't hog the spotlight.
