For Richard Sherman, not playing in the Super Bowl isn't an option.

Sherman's left arm was injured while he was trying to tackle Green Bay's James Starks in the NFC championship. He returned to the game but limited the use of his arm.
"I could still position myself to be in coverage," Sherman said of his injury after the game. "It happened on the play I chased James Starks to the sidelines. One of my teammates went through us."
As the Seahawks travel to Arizona to face the Patriots, they'll hope two big pieces of their defense will be able to recover.
