According to NFL sources, the Bills now are looking at someone who doesn't have Polian's lofty stature, yet possesses the experience to provide guidance to GM Doug Whaley when it comes to evaluating talent.
So the Pegulas still don't trust Whaley completely?

Get over the football czar already, just another level of management to **** things up. Unless they are planning on being absentee owners there is no need for one.YardRat Wall of Fame

Best I can find on him is :
From his Cleveland hire in 2014 - http://www.dawgsbynature.com/2014/6/...-as-area-scout
NFL hire in 2006 - http://nflbiz.blogspot.com/2006/09/r...-football.html

Not your standard advisor ala Parcells, Wolf, Casserly, Polian. He's a scouting/personnel advisor type, not a czar. If they do hire him as a czar, they're in trouble because he's done no relative team development.
