    Dream Offseason

    What's your ideal post season?

    Here is mine:

    1) Orakpo : recently injured which will mean we can get him on a discounted rate. Sign Orakpo & watch him rack up 12+ sacks for next 5yrs. Cost less than Hughes!

    Cost: $7M/yr + Incentives
Risk/Reward: pro bowl talent with something to prove!

    2) Sam Bradford: he is sure to be a cap casually unless he restructures. Assuming Rams let him go, Bills should go after him hard! He is a classical low cost high reward prospect.

    Cost: $5M/yr + Incentives (5yr, $25M contract)
Risk/Reward: When healthy he has shown good accuracy, poise & leadership. Marks of a good, you he QB. Only knock on him is the injuries. Can you blame him throwing behind that Rams line?

    3) Jordon Cameron: another player on discounted. Cameron is pro bowl TE with a history of concussions. As a result, he can be had on a discount!

    Cost: $5.5M/yr + Incentives
Risk: minimalize risk by offering roster bonus only if he starts 16 games. There are many ways to minimize risk!

    4) Iupti (so?): he is a dynamite guard which can take this O-Line to the next level. Would be an exciting signing for us.

    Cost: $9M/yr
Reward: you know what your getting

    5) Revis: get Revis Island & watch this defense become Dominant!!!

    Cost: $13M/yr
    Reward: Makes this defense dominant!

    6) Foster: FA rb from Baltimore has shown a lot. Best part is that rbs are now cheap!

    Cost: $4M/yr
    Reward: Dynamic playmaker

    7) Darius Extention

Other Moves: Restrucure Mario Williams & other vets. Let Spiller, Hughes, Spikes & other FAs Go. Draft LB, S, OT, G, etc

Rams are going to keep Bradford.

The Pats have put everything else aside to get Revis re-signed.

In the clearest sign yet that the Rams are sticking with Sam Bradford as their starting quarterback, head coach Jeff Fisher said he gave Bradford a say in the Rams' offensive coordinator search.

That's over 40 million/year in contracts even with some of those being unrealistically small.

How is this team gonna afford 43.5m in contracts?

the browns already offered Jordan Cameron 6-7mil a year and he turned them down. he's looking for 7-9mil in free agency.

Since it seems they are going to be sniffing up the 3 -4 DL tree soon, ERFA DE Christo Bilikidi should be looked at.

                  Re: Dream Offseason

I wanted Iupati (guard), Cameron (TE), and Jabaal Sheard (OLB). I think they should have gone madly after Iupati.

At this point in the offseason, I think...
-They got Incognito, problem child on the cheap so there will be no Iupati.
-I am convinced by the thought in another thread, that Cameron is too much of a risk because of the concussion. He will not come cheap because Seattle wanted him last year and Carroll was his college coach, and will get him. Too pricey for the risk.
-Sheard, well, yes I remain confused by the Ryan hire, but Ryan and his defense create OLB's, he doesn't need go get them.

That said I'd still be delighted with Iupati, and happy with Sheard.

-RB wise, I hope they go after no one. If their scouting staff is unable to find them in later rounds of UFA, we need a new scouting staff. No point in spending on them.

-Revis, no way. McKelvin thrived under Pettine/Henderson, they still have Henderson and Pettine's teacher. Unclubhanded, Gilmore will thrive if he stays healthy. I see Revis as spending more on reinventing the wheel that they already have.

Oh I hate to say this. I really really really hate to say this. But I'd go get Sanchez to compete with Manuel and/or provide a vet backup. I don't see any good mentor QB's out there and Sanchez can almost hand off with the best of them and toss the occasional sweet pass if he can get away from the center into the pocket without dropping the ball and avoid tossing the rancid pass once in a while though he's going to toss a bunch of them anyway.

These are players that the Bills should go after -obviously they can't/won't sign all of them (already Rams are confirming that Bradford will be their QB in 2015 & Pats are making Revis #1 priority)

Just Sign Hughes. Trade for Foles/Bradford/Kaepernick somehow someway/bring in 2nd tier G to play other side like Boling/get RB in draft, don't pay for one/Fire Russ Brandon and Overdorf
