I really like Taylor Kelly in the 6th round.

When pressured, Kelly has the legs to move and the arm to make accurate passes.

We might not need one because if the rumors of the Eagles are going to press hard to get Mariotta it tells me that Foles could be available in a trade and I'd welcome him over any vet in UFA and any rookie QB in this draft.

I lean toward Cerden or Mannion, Oregon St...in the fifth or sixth. I'd be willing to bring Williams in as an UDFA also.

Bryan Bennett reminds Kiko of Tajh Boyd.. He would be a nice late round pick, which is what the OP is asking, but Kiko doesn't see him being much more than a spot starter, in the likes of Thaddeus Lewis.

Kind of hard to when you don't have a 4th Round pick in the draft. Honestly this QB class looks pretty ugly after the top 4 guys (I rank them Winston, Mariotta, Grayson and Hundley). Yet if I had to take someone late I'd take a chance on Hutson Mason.
