I'm unfortunately not so sure anymore about Pegulas, but I can't see Ballmer not being all about winning. He'd wrestle you for a 30 dollar discount on something he didn't need on Black Friday to say he accomplished something. To be fair to the Pegulas, I think they intend to be that way, but where Ballmer will Vin Diesel you, the Pegulas will Ozzie and Harriet you, not particularly driven to ruthless success.
