We have seen Whaley being aggressive as hell. We want to position ourselves to grab a franchise QB. Since Wilfork is available, what would you think if we traded Dareus to Jax, Oak or Was for one of their picks this year in the 1st round and became a dance partner with Philly to trade up to get their boy Mariota? My point is we fill the void with Wilfork for a few years at NT and since we don't have a 1st this year, we trade the 1st from the Dareus trade and obtain a 1st from Philly in 2016 along with other picks Philly would have to cough up to us to move from 20-3, 4 or 5. then we have plenty of ammo to use in 2016 to trade all the way up to #1 to get our franchise QB. This is the only way I can think of to position ourselves for the franchise QB without tanking. We can't afford to spend $100mm on two D linemen and also a franchise QB if we don't draft one.

Wilfork is 10 yards away from the buffet line...I mean finish line. He's going on 34 and may retire.
Dareus is our best player and 9-10 years younger.

I honestly expected these responses and thanks for the lunchtime laughs. I needed them today! Seriously though, I don't see us having two d-linemen getting paid $100mm each and then coughing up another $100mm for a franchise QB provided one becomes available. The Jesus Christ response took the cake! I would not be surprised to see an asset like this used as leverage in an upcoming draft or trade to get us a QB we badly need.Where else would you rather be than right here right now?

People understood the McCoy deal after one day, no chance Whaley can sell trading Dareus unless we were to get Wilson, Luck, Rodgers in return.. which is never going to happen.WILL NOT REMOVE THIS UNTIL SHADY IS SUPERBOWL MVP!!!

Buffalo's face of the franchise. He's not disgruntled, nothing is wrong.. Dareus is really excited to play for Rex.
