Not surprising. Whaley came out and said that bringing Searcy back would be difficult. I'm guessing they'll just let Duke and Rambo battle for his spot. I liked Searcy and thought he was pretty underrated as a player, but they need to spend that money elsewhere.
I kind of like the idea of moving Leodis to safety. I think he'd play well there.

I think it's Duke Williams time, but don't overlook Corey Graham. It would be nice to get him on the field a little more.
We may be looking at a SS-by-committee approach dictated by gameplan, opponent, situation, etc.

Feels like in-the-box safeties aren't all that hard to come by. Isn't that usually used as a negative when looking to draft one? Can usually find them in the 4th round or so."Misguided political correctness tethers our intellects."
