All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
This is only a test
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

How Many Free Agents Do You Think The Bills Will Sign?
Re: How Many Free Agents Do You Think The Bills Will Sign?
Well, they signed 6 last year (CWilliams, Graham, Spikes, Dixon, Wynn, and Rivers) plus two more just before the season (Orton and Schmidt) not including those brought in as UDFA's after the draft.
I'd like to see them bring in 4 'starters'---G (Boling, Carpenter, Franklin, Iupati)---FB (bring back Summers or McIntyre?, Conner)---DT/NT (DWilliams, Knighton, Ellis)---TE (Gresham, Miller) and also bring back Spikes. Fullback and TE should come cheap, but some dollars are going to have to go to G, NT and Spikes. If they can re-neg Shady, which appears likely, cut Urbik and get the cap space back up to around $22-$25mil it should be do-able.
Re: How Many Free Agents Do You Think The Bills Will Sign?
With Hughes not signed I'm guessing the number will be five or six depending on which UFA TE we pursue. As although I love Jordan Cameron yet I think the Bills won't risk taking him and instead settle on a guy like Rob Housler. I just have a feeling the two trades we've made are our splashes this year and think Whaley will concentrate on bringing lesser names to fill roles for this team. Originally my list looked like this:
TE Rob Housler
S DeWan Landry
FB John Conner
OG/OT Adam Snyder but now there's talk we like Jah Reid instead.
LB/DE LaMarr Woodley
I could also see us pursuing a DE to play the Alan Branch/Alex Carrington role and brought up Jarvis Jenkins' name before and think there's a chance we could still sign him.
