You have a lot of teams looking to spend money and because of the CBA have to spend money...I bet he gets close to it, it's a sellers market right now

Every year people seem to think we'll sign the top fas at a discount. I don't get it. Iupati is a pro bowl guard, he wouldn't even hit fa if he was willing to pay for less then top dollar.

True, although in Iupati's case, that would be tempered a lot, by being in the same scheme he's come from. It's about the only reason to think he could be worth that sort of money.
