Who is a solid Spikes replacement in FA?

It doesn't have to be ILB necessarily. I'm only looking at what we do at LB is Hughes is re-signed and we lose both Kiko and Spikes.

Sean Weatherspoon? Curtis Lofton? Bruce Carter? I like all of them do any of them make sense? If Brown shifts to the ILB spot?

Anyone else we should be thinking about to add to Ryans D scheme at LB?

With Harris resigning with the Jets, I would love to see Spikes brought back.

Brown will probably play inside anyway.

So OLB then becomes the priority. Weatherspoon?

              He has agreed with Arizona.

When I view this upcoming draft, I think OL and LB.

                  I'd go after Bruce Carter.

Not really if the reports are true about Hughes being re-signed, he and Mario will man the outside (Lawson as depth), Brown and somebody in the middle. That leaves Bradham to play ILB if you want to get him on the field. Not a bad starting four by any means but I'd still rather have Spikes for two downs. Still have Johnson and Powell to boot.

Best replacement for Spikes....as already said, Spikes himself...

The best replacement due to cap ramifications and special teams needs are rookies from the draft.

What could Spikes demand in this market?

                          He's a 2 down ILB.

I would think 2 years for a $10M total with $5M guaranteed would be enough.

I don't see him getting a much longer contract.
