For the people happy we didn't sign him........he's basically a younger version of Fred. Very good in pass protection, good hands, shifty and very little mileage.

Jets fans are pretty happy he's back

Very little production too. 6 TDs in four seasons and only 3.9 ypc average.

Powell is a bottom feeder, dime a dozen, ordinary RB that you can get every offseason in FA.

The names change, the game doesn't.

Hopefully the Jets overpaid to keep Powell & it is a short term contract so the Bills can sign him after Fred retires.

Thats what happens when Rex is your coach.

He's not Fred, and is very good at nothing whatever. The 53-47 % poll at Gang Green pretty much shows fan apathy about him in his writeup. Says he's average to below average at everything for those who don't like to read.

This will be the last you ever hear of him.

I'd prefer they get a real rb who can actually play.

No that's what happens when there are a bunch of players that are better than you. It's not like Rex Ryan doesn't like running the ball and hasn't had success at it. Nice try though.

Don't care. Chan Gailey will need all the help he can get out of the FJ wannabe when we sweep them.

I liked Gailey but didn't Rexy own him? Are jets fans falling for the same thing we did. I really hope Fitz ends up as your no.1 .

Difference is Chan isnt our HC, and you have all of our old coaches. So good luck with that.

He wasnt the only problem, but trust me, he was one of if not the main one. If you think Doug had issues with clock management, wait till you see Rex

Looks like most people on there don't care about him one way or another...realizing he's just another easily replaced guy that simply does not matter.

But hey, congrats on resigning your third string RB!

Jets fans still trying to convince themselves that they're better off -- fun times.

The Bills don't have all the Jets old Coaches.

The Bills have a different/better OC than the Jets had.

pssst. Most of the coaches we have that were former jets coaches were on the better unit. the D.

Unless you count Roman as a former jets which I'm sure a jets fan would most likely do, then yes we have your ex OC :snicker:
