I'd like a DT in the Dan Williams mold or a DE, but that isn't going to happen.

Harvin really surprises me, unless Rex and the WR coach who had him in NY last year really drove home a message that he needed to straighten out or his pro football life was over. . did it click with him ?

The guy has been nothing but trouble since his days in college and this will be his 4th NFL team. Talented, yes.

I feel the same about that.

Yeah I'm with you guys. He would have to be signed knowing that he's a slot guy getting #3 snaps and at a salary that reflects that. Seems unlikely that he would do that and I don't want him under any other circumstance.

Is there an update on estimated cap space left? Might be hard to figure with some of these deals being talked about but not formally signed.

If they bring in Harvin or Crabtree, I wouldnt be surprised if they traded Woods. He would net a decent return... potentially a 2nd.

I'd like to see a starter quality RT or OG but that may be tough given the rest of the items on the shopping list.

Huh? You think we would get a second for Woods. I dont think so.
And I dont want Harvin. Makes no sense if you can do only three-step dropbacks with your QB due to the Oline.
And at some positions we also have to have young promising players. So far we signed a lot of players at their prime (McCoy) or beyound (Incognito) and in two years that can be a problem

Free agent QB Tyrod Taylor is visiting the Bills.
Joe Flacco's longtime backup didn't attempt a pass last season. He'd be a clear No. 3 in Buffalo behind Matt Cassel and E.J. Manuel.

I'm always suspicious of guys whose names sound like car parts.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
