The Bills have already signed Harvin to a 1 year deal.

Harvin is younger than Stevie, and a more explosive playmaker.

Stevie Johnson's career is over.

Sure he might land on one more team but he'll be buried on the depth chart, do nothing of value and then be released again next offseason.

Another example of a guy who put up good numbers simply because he was the only legitimate option in the passing offense so someone had to do it.
