    Bowe in Cleveland visiting

    Per Schefter...

Also, pretty interesting note on compensatory picks.

Cincinnati is expected to get a third for losing Michael Johnson, and yet he just re-signed with them for '15. WTF?

On the plus side, despite all of the Bills transactions this off-season, they are in position to get some comp picks in 2016. That could change if they sign someone else of course.

I dunno...Spiller and Searcy are both long shots to crack the top 32 as it is.

That's really pretty funny. He got about $16 million for his year in Tampa.

Tampa's a team where free agents go to fail, or die.

They've already dumped 3 (Johnson, Anthony Collins and McNown), from last year's crop, Revis was gone after a year, Carl Nicks ended up playing 9 or so games for them before his staph infection ended his career.
