I tell you what...Makarov is impressing me, he impressed me when he played in pre-season games also imo he should've been up all season.

Makarov was not impressive in Rochester this season. He wasn't bad, he grew, but he was pretty average. That said, yes, he has potential, and pretty high end potential as well. But it's a long shot and it's a project.

But from what I hear and read, as I couldn't watch, he was damn good tonight.

Going forward, he's a keeper. Looked very confident.
