One of the weirdest things of this NFL off season is how Jim Schwartz is still looking for a job.

How is that possible? Schwartz transitioned the 2014 Bills defense from a 3-4 to a 4-3 with excellent results.

The defense got better under Schwartz compared to Mike Pettine's system.

Agree. I think he was released to late to get a head coach gig this year. So he will try next year or settle for a promising DC job, probably with a HC that has a history of being a offense guy.
I think Schwartz can pretty much pick the open D coordinator position he wants. Should be number one on the list for GMs and Head coaches as a D coordinator. And maybe he can talk somebody in giving him a second chance as a head coach.

Jim is being very selective with his next team. I suspect he's looking for a defense with solid players, an opening at coordinator, and really bad results the prior yet.

basically he's looking for an opportunity to showcase his skills as a defensive guru.
