Yes, I believe so. IIRC he might have some other charges pending in Florida for an aggravated assault or something as well.

As Oldsrip said, put him in a cell with LP. Or, they can just put him in a prison with similar psychos & he may just get the Dahmer execution by inmate treatment.
He can be in the next remake of The Longest Yard.

you would have thought the NFL could deliberate on deflate gate before an actual murder case was decided.

hopefully it starts the demise of that terrible organization. but we've been hoping for so long and the cheating keeps going on.
