This is great another one of our UFA has signed with a team, if we hold off till the 13th of may we may get a couple of good comp picks.

I can't imagine he signed a measurable contract.

What exactly is a "good comp pick?"

And has a comp pick ever made a significant impact?

If you get a 4th or 5th comp you cannot trade those but it gives the team flexibility to trade tradable picks to move up or for future picks. In other words it increases flexibility and is a good thing.

Is he the third or fourth olineman of ours to end up there?

Yet they had no interest in Incognito last year or before we signed him.

Hairston doesn't count towards the comp pick formula. He was a RFA that the Bills didn't tender. So technically the Bills didn't lose him, they chose not to keep him

And with that, the last piece of our Marshawn Lynch trade departs.

Not for the Bills but Tom Brady was picked with a comp pick.
