I've said it before and I'll say it again: Twitter doesn't make one stupid. It just makes one's stupidity more accessible to others.

I'm confused, too. How did it take this jury a full week of deliberation?

Yes.

It took me a long time to realize that I didn't actually hate Facebook, I hate people.

Juror #3 : "do you think the Pats will take him back if we let him go?"
Juror #8: "you ah wicked dumb. They won the Supah Bowl without the spick."
Juror#7: "can we get chowdah for lunch?"
Foreman: "everyone shaddup ohra lunch is gonna be knuckle sammiches for the lot of ya,"

LOL. The internet has no friends.

Poor internet.

Evidence was all circumstantial and the defense completely changed their strategy at closing. Some were surprised they returned it this fast.

Only a Buffalo Bill can get away with murder.

Guy just had one of his teammates and friends convicted of killing someone. A lot of us would have a hard time wrapping are heads around that

I will never be a fair weather friend. And if one of my friends did something like this (highly doubtful) I would pray for them and support in any way I could. However, I wouldn't be delusional. Hernandez had a 99% chance of going to jail before this started. This isn't a shock so Spikes needs to shut up.

Hopefully this lowers his asking price.

I don't really care about his opinion on the Hernandez conviction. I'd like to see him back at the right price. He's no genius, but he's a good early down/situational run stuffer.

If Goodell was in charge of the jury, Aaron would of deserved an apology.

This is great but surely we need some kind of asterisk or something? It is the Pats after all. If one got caught, they covered up for several, surely.

Record is not accurate.

David Nelson, a Gator teammate of Hernandez, said he still could not wrap his head around Hernandez killing Oden.

Nelson said that is not the kid I knew.

isnt that how it often is tho?

not too surprising really. think about the pattern of killers and its not always the loners, the strugglers, the outcasts. with murder its often the guy/girl you cant imagine would do it. been kinda creeped out about it lately actually, what with all the kid next door kind of extreme violence weve seen. the ultimate crime of many passions it seems to be confirming for itself

and how about this woman who allegedly killed her foster kid with salt. what is it, munchsomething syndrome by proxy. or was it that the kid who had a confirmed fixation with severe eating/swallowing disorder. sad and creepy and we might never know the truth unless she were to actually confess, which appears very unlikely. another beloved woman in her community, is she actually a sick secret killer? brrrr

yeah but that's how it goes far more often than not. Probably 85% of heinous crimes are followed by the guy's next door neighbor on TV saying "I can't believe it- it's so out of character for him- he was such a nice guy" or something to that effect. With the exception of that psycho in Sandy Hook, I can't really think of any examples of "yeah that guy was a real psycho- it was only a matter of time before he offed someone."
