    Wisniewski Must be Damaged Goods

Jaguars, Stefen Wisniewski strike one-year deal

...NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported Saturday that the team is signing former Raiders center Stefen Wisniewski to a one-year, $2.5 million deal, according to a source involved with the negotiations.

After 61 starts in Oakland, the fifth-year pivot never landed the cash he was hoping for in free agency on the heels of offseason shoulder surgery. Still, chalk it up as a quality signing for Jacksonville. Wisniewski projects as an immediate starter alongside guards Brandon Linder and Zane Beadles....

The only way I can explain the lack of interest from the Bills and other teams at that cheap salary and short term is the concern about his shoulder.

I still wished the Bills took the risk.

    Marrone will ruin that group.

He turned down a 5 yr. contract from the bills for 10/year with 30 million guaranteed just so that he could play for Marrone. :Ill:

An obvious prove-it deal, hoping to cash in later.

Plus, Marrone draws them all in...a veritable flocking to the guy whose o-line regressed under his watch. The same guy that abandoned his team and left his comrades swinging in the breeze. All major selling points...

Marrone is what he always was -- way over his head in terms of being a NFL coach.

He was hired by the Bills to satisfy the Syracuse Suck fans.

Here I am talking about an OL that could have possibly helped us cheap. Unlike Incognito, this guy actually played in the NFL over the past year and a half.

              I like the Incognito hire.

I would have taken the chance, especially at that price.
