CBS Sports - Bills Thoughts Entering Today

Bills, Seahawks bring blockers to the party: After trading their respective first round picks for dynamic pass-catchers in Sammy Watkins and Jimmy Graham, the Buffalo Bills and Seattle Seahawks are scheduled to officially join in on the fun of the 2015 NFL Draftwith the Nos. 50 and 63 overall selections. Fans eager to see what their beloved clubs will do may be left wanting a more exciting pick, however, as the Bills and Seahawks are likely to be looking for brawn not flash. Tackles Donovan Smith (Penn State), T.J. Clemmings (Pittsburgh) and Fisher are likely high on each team's boards as could be interior linemen A.J. Cann (South Carolina), Ali Marpet (Hobart), Tre' Jackson (Florida State) and perhaps Mitch Morse (Missouri).

    They skipped right over Collins.

Morse of Mizzou wouldn't surprise me. He's moved all around on the OL due to need and has played very well. Versatility a major plus with him.

How about a trade down scenario with the Seahawks... Our 50 for their 63 plus 3rd and 5th.

Twice in the last week, Whaley has stated he would indeed like to trade down and pick up an extra pick or 2, if offered the opportunity.

Should have traded our 2 and 3 this year for a 1st rounder.

              Do you mean a 2015 1st or 2016?
If 2015, who would you have taken?

I'm good with them trading down in the 2nd and picking up extra picks.

If Petty gets grabbed by NO before them that possibility is done. If not, they can move down and still get Petty if thats who they want. So either way they can move down.

They may not even be willing to draft Petty until later and the point may be moot. But its possible. Who knows.

Personally I'd take a flier on La'el Collins based on what I'm reading. Or I'd love for Landon Collins to drop to us.

I'd love it. I'm psyched. Just starting on the Labatt's. would be entirely woeful though if they traded their 2nd and 3rds for a bunch of 5th's, 6th's and 7ths. I don't trust Whaley not to mean he intends to trade DOWN when he says he'd like to trade down.
