Big props to John Murphy and WGR. It's such a good topic I couldn't resist.

Murph's bold prediction is EJ Manuel starts all 16 games. Yes, he said that.

Now that's bold. Very ballsy, Murph. Big onions there.

What is your one BOLD prediction for the Bills this year?

I wouldn't call releasing or keeping Fred Jackson a bold prediction.

Predicting the Bills defense will finish first isn't bold.

Make it bold, not predictable. Predicting a 3-13 season would be bold.

I think Tyrod Taylor will take the Bills to the playoffs for the first time since 1999.

Batter up. Take a bold swing. To hell with who's wrong and who's right, just take an honest hard swing and have fun.

picking the D to finish first after they lost Searcy and Spikes and are about to switch systems for the 4th time in 4 years isn't bold?

You don't live on the same planet as the rest of us.

No, I reside on planet Venus.

Finishing first on defense is great, but it's also very predictable with the kind of talent the Bills have.

It's not a bold prediction. The Bills are loaded on defense and they have Rex Ryan as their coach. That's too easy.

Mulligan's are free, take another swing at it. Make it bold!

Welcome to the BillsZone, Jake.

3 foul balls and then you hit the ultimate homer.

Bills win Super Bowl 50.

You make John Murphy look like a man with a small sack of onions.

Thank you for being bold.

My one bold prediction is that Manuel really is "the man" and proves it.

Mace

My other "one bold prediction" since you didn't technically say we can't have two number one bold predictions is that Matt Cassel takes the reins and proves Manuel is not "the man".

well made my bold predictions in like february so by now youve heard them already but

1. ej starts
2. fred cut

i would love to predict ej starts every game, or just keeps the job even if he misses a couple starts here and there, but i cant. after playing decent for his first two games last season his last two were just pathetic, so i would expect to see a big improvement from there after holding ortons clipboard and having a whole offseason to prepare. but its impossible to know now whether it will be enough to keep the job, id say 50% at best. but hes at least 80% likely to start the first game so it will be his job to lose

- Incognito will not get into trouble
- Sabres will make the playoffs

There haven't been many polls to vote on lately. Someone should do one every month, the data would be fun.

First time a good BillsImpossible thread. Bravo.

1. Sammy Watkins makes the Pro Bowl.
2. McCoy leads the league in rushing yards.

I expect the Bills to make the playoffs regardless who the QB is.

And I expect Dareus to have his best year yet.

And I expect a pro bowl type year from Incognito.

I'm looking at the schedule and for the life of me I cannot see where you could possibly find four losses with TDT under center. I mean, outside chance they have a letdown and are hungover for the London game, but it's the Jags for pete's sake. Maybe they stumble in Foxboro, but I don't really see that happening.

I dunno, maybe you figure they are going to run the table through Week 13 and then rest him, Shady, Watkins, Dareus and every Williams on the roster for the last four weeks.

Thank you, Mr. Miyagi. It took me many tries but I finally did it :console:

Predicting that Sammy Watkins will make the Pro Bowl is about as bold as a Coors Light, aka, "Man Water." It's not very bold.

McCoy leading the league in rushing? He did that in 2013, but I think it's still a good bold prediction given how he's playing with a different team.

McCoy leading the league in rushing again in 2015. Now that's bold.

That's like triple Incognito boldness.

Good stuff.

Here's a couple wild ones that juuuust may come true:

-- Corey Graham has 8 INTs in the starting safety role
-- Boobie Dixon leads team in rushing TDs
-- Bills run 4 or more two-point conversions at unconventional times of the game (i.e. first half, with the lead, etc.)

I'm thinking he vultures a bunch of short yardage TDs while McCoy scores on screens.

Jake beat jimmifli to the punch bowl. It was a close race, but Jake took the cake.

I like punch, especially a punch bowl spiked with boldness.

Take as many swings as you like, just be bold.

The Bills will have a top 10 offense.

Their offensive line has been healed with two good guards, praise the Lord.

Nope. 19-0, no matter whatever other stats. The state of perfect pristine perfect boldness even marginally achievable.

Ha. Searcy and Spikes are reasons . That's funny

OP likes to blame posters for over valuing players and can't tell he's doing just that.

Psst, Byrd was 3x the player Searcy was and we didn't miss. Him

Letting Byrd walk proved to be a great move by Whaley & the Bills.

And Byrd didn't play at all for the Saints last year after they gave him a lot of money.

Searcy & Spikes were both part time players last year although I would love to see Spikes back in Buffalo.
