View Full Version : Make Your All-College Team --

Mahdi

Since it's summer and not much going on I thought we could participate in an All-College dream team competition.

By first come first serve basis posters select a college and make a team using only current players from that college. It is assumed that, as long as the player is still playing, he is at full health and in his prime.

After you post your school, start working on your roster and post it. 22 players for each spot, plus a punter, kicker, and one return guy. If no player exists at that position you can go back to the most recent player that fills your need. ie. a Miami punter doesn't exist, one retired 2 years ago, you can have him.

Once everyone posts their roster I will start a thread for voting, most votes wins Superbowl.

I will start off by choosing Cal.

I was thinking of doing Wisconsin myself. I was thinking of subbing out one of those wideouts for Lance Kendricks and going 2TE offense.

I considered that. As it stands it was a tough choice between Owen Daniels and Lance Kendricks

Either way you're probably going to be ground and pounding all day with that OL and RB plus Russel Wilson.

Even though I am not a Bama fan Im interested to see how good their team might be:

QB - AJ McCarron
RB - Eddie Lacy
TE - Brad Smelley
WR - Julio Jones
WR - Amari Cooper
WR - Kevin Norwood
LT - DJ Fluker
LG - Chance Warmack
C - Barrett Jones
RG - James Carpenter
RT - Cyrus Kouandijio

Defense
DE - Ed Stinson
DT - Marcel Dareus
DE - Xzavier Dickson
LB - CJ Mosley
LB - Dont'a Hightower
LB - Courtney Upshaw
LB - Rolando McClain
CB - Dre Kirkpatrick
CB - Dee Milliner
FS - Ha-Ha Clinton Dix
SS - Roman Harper

P - Cody Mandell
K - None
K Returner - Kirkpatrick?

Considering how dominant they are, outside of a strong receiving duo, Lacy, and a decent LB corps, this isnt that great of a team at all.

He's been a rotational pass rusher for Cincy for years before he became the starter this year. He was overmatched in that role, but he's at least a vet.
