I know. He wasn't known as the evil genius he is today. The Bills beat them earlier without Kelly for a lot of the game. And when Kelly was in the Giants couldn't stop him, two early TD drives. The Bills had seemed to be building momentum since that game. Only losing a meaningless week 16 game that feature Gale Gilbert, then dropping 44 points on Miami and 51 on the Raiders in the playoffs. In my mind they were unstoppable. After Whitney SSB, the next sound I remembered was my bubble bursting.
