On ESPN today.

Bases his belief on his ability to run the play action in concert with our depth in the running game. Kind of suggests that he was toast once Adrian Peterson was out in Minny and they had no running game left, which moved up the Bridgewater plan quicker.

Not taking a position on it either way, but I found it interesting. I do see depth at our RB position, so I can understand his outlook.

Camp and the O playbook Roman settles on will decide QB, so I know nothing at present. I'm sure the OL ability to succeed in the running game will have a major say in who starts.

Go ahead and commence the internet fight, 10 days before camp.

Not a fan of Jaworski's anymore, but here I would agree with him.

The QB thing will become clear during training camp and preseason hopefully.

The bills have made it clear. They will live or die with the run offensively. "Try and stop us.We dare you" . The only QB I can see who can mildly make teams pay when defenses stack the line is Cassel. Only because based on their passed. I hope EJ goes for broke and gets away from being the pansy that Marrone made him to be. Won't hold my breath though.

I think it makes sense in order to get maximum wins this year. But what do we do with EJ and Tyrod? That basically means both are toast. We need to find out at least for one of the two if he is worth it. If we end the coming season and still dont know if at least one of the two is worth it, or not worth it, then the season is a waste. We need to start Tyrod or EJ. And if one goes down in flames we can start Cassel. At least we can then scratch one name of the list.
I am personally in favour of starting Tyrod, given EJ is not clearly better in camp.

jaws' qb predictions for buffalo have been awful. i love him for being so pro buffalo and i love his film breakdowns. but his ability to figure out the bills situation from JP to now has been pretty lackluster.

Cassel suffered an injury, that is the reason he lost his starting job.

He only gained a starting job in 2013 due to the injury to Ponder, and in 2014 he wasn't exactly lighting the world on fire before he got hurt. Cassel hasn't been in the top half of NFL QBs since 2010.

The more I've thought about the QB situation, I think the only way to get excited about this season is if Taylor is good enough to win the job.

EJ is a bum and a Cassel is a journeyman who's worse than the last journeyman.

So we already know that neither EJ nor Cassel will lead this team to where the defense can take it, so the only hope is that Tyrod somehow is good enough to win the job, which would mean he's better than the other 2 crap piles.
