I wanted him but not as an immediate starter. The Jets took him in the 4th round for God's sake. This post is dumb.

I didnt wan't Petty so he could walk right in and take the job, he is very raw but he has potential. And I would assume that most people that wanted him had the same thinking.

But none of this matters anyway. Talking about another teams crappy QB situation isnt going to make me feel any better about ours

i agree. i think petty was viewed largely as a project across the league. i think for him to be successful, he needs to be staying away from starting any time soon. the bills typically don't do this. they just throw a raw guy in and he ends up broken.

Slightly worse than Johnny Manziel's 7/11 for 42 yards. But I know Johnny ran for a TD which shows he's a better QB.

It was a rookie QBs first preseason play. Geez.

He was 10/18 for a 55.6% completion percentage. Certainly what you'd expect from anyone in that situation.
