All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Williams & Hogan are leading candidates for IR, with Williams possibly getting the return this season designation depending on how bad his injury was & what his prognosis is.
Goodwin or Deonte Thompson? Easley makes it due to ST. Watkins, Woods, Harvin, Easley, and Hogan are in.
Karlos Williams or Bryce Brown? McCoy, F Jax, Dixon are in.
O'Leary or Gragg? Clay, Gray, Mulligan are in.
Randel Johnson or Tony Seward? Lawson, Bradham, Brown, Buchanan are in.
Butler or Cockrell or Lankster or Brooks? Gilmore, Darby, McKelvin, Robey are in.

I wouldn't totally count on Dixon and Gray being 'in' although I hope they keep Boobie.
O'Leary is not having a good camp by most reports, but his ceiling is higher than Gragg and he's still on the learning curve.
I didn't pick a 'backer because I've been paying more attention to where they line up, and where they go at the snap, opposed to individual play.
Gotta keep 6 CB's. Brooks' time has run out, I'm rooting for Butler, and Lankster has experience with Ryan.

Goodwin might just get lucky enough and make it due to the injuries. Then again he could be getting hurt as we speak. I think Andra Davis has a shot at making the team since Hogan seems to be the odd man out after a weak camp. Still undecided on Thigpen. He's a great returner but will that suffice ?
For the rbs its Bryce Brown that's going to be cut. Its been about as obvious as something can be from day one.
O'Leary had a ****ty camp so I'm thinking he's on the bubble along with Mulligan. Gragg, Grey and Clay should be safe

1)I don't think Hogan makes it, Thompson might get traded if he gets out played by Davis against Pittsburgh or we work hard to get Davis on the PS
2)Dixon not playing hurts his status heck with the "extra" roster spot we get for Dareus in Week 1 we may keep them all and then make a decision after Week 1 or we trade Brown.
3)Gragg looks like the better option of the two with O'Leary a PS candidate, yet I wouldn't be shocked if we add someone after roster cuts
4)Bucchanan is not a lock but I prefer Johnson with Steward on the PS
5)Butler for sure the other spot tough call. I think Lankster would have a better chance with his connection to Rex and maybe McKelvin goes on IR designated to return yet hate using that on a guy so early in camp since can only use it on one guy.

Early in the season we might keep Thigpen as a return man to allow Harvin to get healthy and have an emergency RB.

1. I'd keep Deonte. Goodwin is fast, real fast, but I'm not sure it makes him a good receiver in football.
2. Karlos. Big, one cut, downhill, a Roman back.
3. O'Leary. I think Gragg has been about as good as Gragg gets, and everything I read on O'Leary said he won't wow you in practice, and his athleticism won't dazzle, but in games he has soft hands and a talent for coming up with the ball whether he's open or not. I'm no fan of Mulligan Lee Smith, wouldn't hurt my feelings if they boot Mulligan and keep Gragg even. Want a blocking TE, use a backup o-lineman who has the size and speed and spent his career doing it. Any one of them can catch as well as Mulligan with some time in front of a jugs machine.
4. Tough one. I dunno vs I dunno. No win imho, no loss.
5. Choosing one, I'd keep Cockrell. Choosing two I'd keep Cockrell & Butler. Lankster is special teams value, Brooks is not bad though I think he topped out too, like Gragg. One thing I will say though is that DB is one place I absolutely, entirely and surely trust Ryan to judge and I won't be upset with whoever they keep.

Is Williams injury that bad? I thought he was suppose to be good for week 1. Did that change?
Karlos is going to be getting first string action this season. A good amount of it. So there's no way he's getting cut. The dude is a baller and I don't see Shady and F-Jax going 16 games injury free.
All Hail Josh Allen! Savior of the Buffalo Bills!
Freedom for the Ukraine. Down with Putin and every traitor in this country that supports him.
Karlos Willams rumored to have had his appendix out. His chances of making the team is 100 %. He is viewed as the future starter.
CB Butler keeps getting props from the coaches and making plays.
Goodwin is 1 catch, 1 drop. It's all how the coaches view him and want the long ball.
Karlos injury is a lot more laughable than his appendix out. but since my source can't be named, i won't put it out there. but he should be fine and his injury is less severe than an appendix. but if it was left untreated it could have led to serious medical issues.
that being said, i think hogan might not make this team and goodwin can still get cut. he's too small, and his blazing speed really is north south, he isn't a slot threat, he isn't a reverse threat. i like him and think he's a great role model, but his career in buffalo has been underwhelming.
