I don't really think anything can hurt more than Fred. We are going to lose a promising WR or two, but other than that, I don't see anything too big.

I think Red Bryant and Stefan Charles both make the team for week 1, but one of those guys gets cut once Dareus is activated.

With the injury issues they've had and wanting to be a run-heavy team, I don't see them carrying less than 4 RB's at any point.

Here’s a look at a position by position breakdown of Buffalo’s roster, which sits at 57 players after the latest round of player cuts.
Leodis McKelvin was put on Reserve/NFI and Deonte Thompson was waived injured so they no longer count toward the roster total.
Our position by position listing shows right now the Bills are a bit heavy at wide receiver and tight end and a bit light at cornerback, but with Corey Graham on the roster he could play corner if needed.

My guesses for remaining 4:

1) Trying to trade Cassell or Manuel, will cut Cassell if can't secure a trade
2) Trying to hide a TE on the PS and will cut one more
3) gotta cut one of the kickers, right? Maybe both if someone they like becomes available

I'm thinking O'Leary Will head to the Practice Squad. I know they like him, but, he's really hasn't done much and the Bills don't need 5 TEs.

I think Hogan makes it and Carpenter stays too. rex is being a bit "emotional" and judgmental about a kicker who hit on 90% of fg's last year, including a game winning 58 year old. He was hurt for 20 days and rusty. He'll straighten it out.

As for Hogan, I cut Thgpen over him. Thigpen isn't much of a receiver, Hogan is good on ST coverage, and we have plenty of guys who can return kicks/punts

Sometimes throwing a pick like that to the wolves, as the Bills have done, will speed the learning curve. Let's hope that's whats going on there.
