View Full Version : Why has no one focused on two glaring facts with the Patriots to help prove fraud?

1-The fact that there has been no lawsuit from the Patriots against ESPN or any major media outlet that has reported these stories for slander or libel for falsely reporting stories and smearing their good name over the past decade?

2-Why hasn't anyone heard from the two employees who were fired from deflategate? Because they were paid off not to talk?

Why hasn't any former coaches come out to tell what they know? Surely there are some that are no longer working in the NFL, so there's no fear of career suicide. It's not like the Patriots are the mob and they have to fear for their lives. Unless they fear lawsuits from Kraft?

Are they still alive? They pissed of the Godfather of the NFL Robert Kraft. They might be with "Luca Brasi" sleeping with the fishes.

There have been several who have come out complaining (Mike Martz, Tony Dungy) as well as some former Patriot employees. The former were treated as butthurt haters, and the latter as looking for a payday.

Yes - the vast thumb thug i-phone/android society that rules espouse their intolerance daily and attack at will.. I'm glad I'm of an age where I'm in the home stretch.

why doesn't anyone bring up that the patriots miss on draft picks, jettison performing players, pick up aged trash and no name players and then repeat the same results. Meanwhile other teams when grossly undertalented tend to have much worse performance. Yet the pats never do. doesn't that make you think that maybe the skill of the players don't really matter for the pats system?

And the cheating here is good enough to keep average teams in games and to squeak them out. if your system is so obvious that you win every down, you are going to get busted. you win the 4-6 plays that define a game and run with that momentum, people don't see it clearly.

just like casino blackjack system people. the more obvious they are winning, the less chance it continues on.

They have !

Did you read the ESPN report ? It mentions Mangini, Martz, Dungy and other former coaches/players/execs. Like Ilum said. They have been branded as sore losers.

the part where they convince Martz to say the taping was probably worthless and then changed his statement is shady as hell. Somehow the pats knew how to defend plays that the rams had never run, belichick must be a God.

Saying they misinterpreted a rule after telling their staff to hide their logos and make up excuses for why they were taping coaches is proof they knew they were breaking rules. Oh it didn't work, why do it for 6 years? Why do it in NY even after mangini brought it up and told them not to?

Football all is a game of inches and a handful of plays. You can't tell me knowing what a defense is going to run, even if it's only on 10% of the plays, isn't a big deal. From the report, they knew a lot more than that.

It'll all get swept under the rug and nothing will come of it which is the most frustrating part. I'm so glad this hasn't all happened to the bills. Rings would be awesome, but I would be embarrassed by all of this.

Personally I'm expecting a tell-all book from someone a few years after Brady, Belichick, and Adams run off into the sunset with their illegitimate wins.

I don't even care if they cheat. Some teams still beat them. I want us to be one of them.

Rex Ryan knows teams cheat as much as they can and get away with it.

The Patriots knew how to bend the rules just as much as the Dallas Cowboys of the early 1990's.

Yes, horse ointment. Ask Ray Lewis about deer antler spray.

Stealing play calls is nothing new. Baseball teams have been stealing signals since the game was born.

How do you beat a cheat?

Outsmart them. Put out disinformation. Hide your plays under lock, key, and gun.

Play chess.

Goodell helped the cheatriots hide their cheating.

Interesting fact, of the 40 games the Pats recorded, not 1 was a Bills game. Why? Because they sucked.

Really, who says that? I did not read that. And I also dont believe it. They did videotaping for several years, so I assume there are a lot more games than 40. And why should Mr Superdetailed actively drop the Bills from the list. Especially if we are onr of the less sophisticated teams that do not change the signals.
I am sure we were videotaped also.
Then again, I am sure it made no difference to the outcome of our games :-(

i really think they are like drug users who want to quit the system and prove they are the best because they know their name is tarnished. that's why the last couple years they start so slowly...and then like a switch it goes on and they win 10 of the last 11 games.

as long as people question their true worth, they'll keep going. they'll be walked out of the league before they willingly go is my guess.

This is some of the most infuriating stuff. They are lying to your face giving zero ****s. Like you said. Why go through all those troubles for nothing or for something they interpreted a different way. Lying at its finest. And not even good lying I might add. Its hypocrisy 101.

the stories are picking up steam and very few of them are saying the old, "everyone is trying to get an advantage" defense. they were tarnished in 2007 when spygate broke and they are just as awful now...if not worse.

i just hope the investigative pieces keep being pushed and that ultimately, they get banned from entry into the hall of fame. and perhaps, one day, someone gets the bones to remove those championships from their names.

Not going to happen unless peopl who are claiming this stuff happened actually start putting their name to it..
90 un named sources in this article. Im surprised they even ran this story.

it used to be that the patriots never cheated from pats fans...now it's, you'll never get sources to reveal themselves.

this house of cards could easily come down. it's usually when it has gone on too long, too many people know, and the results are too obvious to ignore.

last year's pats team had no one on it. complete no names, they screwed the ravens with their play calls, reversing momentum.. they got off easy with deflategate before the superbowl, and the brennan decision is only making it more of a story. if they would have just accepted it, they'd buy more time.

now they may be out of the graces of the league, which in turn could move them out of the every favorable graces of the zebras.

keep rooting for your crooked team.
