I'm actually tempted to sign up for a knockoff league and just go with Cortana picks based on highest available percentage. In this case, it will be the Packers win over the Bears.

Since Cortana's prediction algorithm uses a team's past results in its weightings, I'd guess it isn't that good with teams that have completely revamped themselves from the prior season. We have new coaches and players in key positions, so it would be a mistake to look at the Marrone/Hackett years and use that to predicting how we'll do against the Colts.
