i hate hearing that Carpenter cant. During the old kickoff rule he was booming the ball out the endzone. Its almost like theyd rather one forcus on kickoffs and the othrr fieldgoals. Also at least 3-4x a year a kicker or punter gets injured duringa game. Id rather have a sense of confidence in our backup then Carpenter punt or Schmidt kick FGs

Considering all of the money this team blew on shiny new offensive toys in the off season, if the goal is to move the ball between the 20's, stall, and rely on FG's to win games then they are even dumber than I think they are.
