Don't be surprised if the Bills start 0-2.

Even in this case, Bills will be ok and finish with 9-10 wins.

Yes the reality is that is a possibility. I just can't except that though. I honestly think we can start 2-0.

Miami at Miami week 3 will be no cake walk either. The schedule makers did us no favors again this year.

The first two weeks are always a crap shoot---teams expected to be dominant can look like hell, and cellar dwellers can look like world-beaters. After the first quarter of the season has played out is when you can start to get a feel for how they may do over the long haul.

Starting 0-2 means we are two games and a tiebreaker behind NE for the div and at least a agame and a tiebreaker behind the Colts for a WC (they will likely win their div and it won't matter but that's a gamble we can't afford to take).

It's basically a death sentence to fall behind on both record and tiebreakers so early.

The Bills could easily be in the basement alone with a loss today. Miami and NY have very winnable games today.

The schedule makers did us no favors again this year. yes and no. Would you rather in December when the bills NEED to win the last 2 games to get in and it be against the colts and pats?

Both home games which is nice I think wed rather play them in the beginning of the season, just think which 2-0 would do for the confidence of this young team. There is going to be a tough stretch no matter how you make the schedule, you gotta just do what good teams do, and thats beat other good teams!

The only scenario I see which would really sour this season is if the Bills start out 0-3.

If that becomes the case, we are into a season of playing good to the finish but not good enough to make the play-offs.

It will be another season ending heart breaker.
