This is why you don't talk trash to the Pats.*

I knew this was going to happen. They are the LAST team that needed motivation. The usual Cheatriots jabs are fine, but the insane level at which everyone talked major trash was way over the top. Now we'll have to hear about it all season long.

I'm going to try my best and not look at any comments sections on any sites, cause you know what is going to be waiting for you.

      **** 'em.

If the Patriots' general line is "it's us against the world", that should be Buffalo's attitude too.

When you don't have it, you don't have it. IT'S OVER.

      End of discussion.

In the week leading up to this game, Rex should have told the team "SHUT UP. No smack talk. From me or anyone else on the team. Do the talking on the field. If I catch you doing it, you're getting fined. And if I do it, I'll fine myself. End of discussion."

I'm sorry, but he SHOULD have. Want to talk? Fine. Do it AFTER the game(if you win).

Doing all the smack talk the week before and seeing the Bills get steamrolled...AGAIN...by the Pats just shows how much we can't back up our mouths.

I'm not disagreeing with you, I'd rather have a team that speaks softly and carries a big stick too, but that's not Ryan and we all knew it up front.

Only took 1 week to figure out Taylor.

I really doubt some trash talk by an opposing team changes the way Belicheat approaches a game.

I agree it doesn't change his approach, but the players will 100% play with a chip. And that is the wrong thing to give them. But worse is not about them - it's about us as fans having to endure the "talk is cheap, etc etc" from Pats* fans.

Could be the case. I think we killed ourselves with penalties. It was a winnable game if not for some boneheaded mistakes our guys did to themselves today.

We played the Patriots and the refs - an unbeatable combo if there ever was one!
