Good question. And it's a nice touch that Pegula decided to go with some d-bag Big Apple firm to do his dirty work.

But from a public relations standpoint, they could reap a windfall with compensation. They could pay each owner 10x the fair market price and not bat an eye.

The NFL isn't building the stadium. Just leasing it from whichever gov't entity building it (Erie County owns the Ralph--this one could be City of Buffalo or NYS).

The NFL isn't building the stadium. Just leasing it from whichever gov't entity building it (Erie County owns the Ralph--this one could be City of Buffalo or NYS).

Let Pegula pay for it. The citizens of Buffalo don't need billionaire owners and millionaire crybabies picking their pockets.

I saw that but it has been shown that new stadiums don't offer economic benefits as billed. Marlins park... nope. Bank Atlantic center where panthers play?... nope.

Unless a busier traffic flow in and out of the Big Tree Inn or Danny's is considered economic developement... then I guess the home owners are SOL

Absolutely. Pro sports stadiums are one of the biggest and most successful con games going. All the more so because they happen right in view of the public.
