The AFC looks super weak this year. Probably our best chance at the playoffs in years.

I don't see anyone who can take care of the Pats in the AFC unless Flacco can go godmode against them again.

It's beginning to look like 2007 all over again.

That's probably true, but most of the teams we would have to jump to get a wild card are having really rough times.

Refs are running CIN@BAL so far...21 pens. BAL's Smith pushed off for the tying td - no call. Can't wait to see what's next!

Dumb Marvin lost them 6 points eschewing 2 snap fd's. Challenged an obvious incomplete in the EZ.

Steve Smith pushes off on almost every ball thrown his way.

No surprise.

Sucks for Ben. Sucks for Bill's fans having to hope for other teams to come down a level or three to have a maybe shot at the playoffs.

Not at all.

Gutsy play calling throughout the game by the BAL staff, though. Fake punt, fumbled but recovered and advanced by the fumbler, several 4th down tries - they got 2 of 3. Kudos to BAL...they knew they had big injury problems going into the game, and rolled the dice.

You just summarized Michael Irvin's career as well.

No ACL tear. Just a sprain and bone bruise according to reports. 4-6 weeks.

I don't know how he didn't tear anything. That was brutal.
