The Titans are in a race against the clock to get first-round pick Andre Woolfolk under contract by the start of training camp.
But with two days remaining, Titans General Manager Floyd Reese is also waiting for other deals around the league to be finalized — at least those being handled by agent Tom Condon.
Condon, who represents Woolfolk, also has three other first- round picks he's trying to get deals for by the end of the week: Jaguars quarterback Byron Leftwich (No. 7 pick), Vikings defensive tackle Kevin Williams (No. 9) and Rams defensive tackle Jimmy Kennedy (No. 12).
''Tom is trying to finalize the deal with Minnesota,'' Reese said. ''Like we do, he gets focused on one and tries to get it done and then moves to the next.
