All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

Bills on pace to have most penalties in (one season) in NFL History
The Buffalo Bills have 46 accepted penalties in four games this season, putting them on pace to smash the Oakland Raiders' NFL record of 162 accepted penalties set in 2011.If the Bills continue on their current pace, they'll finish this season with 184 accepted penalties, or more than 11 per game.
Of the Bills' 58 total penalties (accepted and declined) so far this season, 13 have been called for unnecessary roughness, unsportsmanlike conduct or taunting. No other NFL team has more than six such penalties.
Coach Rex Ryan addressed the Bills' penalty problem last Wednesday, prior to the Bills' 17-penalty performance in Sunday's 24-10 loss to the New York Giants.
"The officials are paid to do their job, if they [see] somebody, you know that it’s a penalty, they’re throwing the flag," Ryan said. "So you just gotta coach and again we’re trying extremely hard.
Re: Bills on pace to have most penalties in (one season) in NFL History
The bills had more penalties than they had points.
Bills had more penalties than they had 1st downs.
The bills had more penalty yards than they had rushing yards. SMASHMOUTH!
I don't know what the problem is?
What are we whining about ?
Re: Bills on pace to have most penalties in (one season) in NFL History
A serious issue. And you could see it coming from a mile away. It happened during preseason and somehow the coaching staff failed to address it for the regular season. Now we have a reputation. We need to be focused and then some for the upcoming weeks. You just know teams will be looking to provoke us and refs will be more than glad to litter the field with yellow.
