Who Starts Sunday, Tyrod Taylor or EJ Manuel?

I think the coaches want to see what EJ Manuel can bring to the table.

Tyrod won the game last week with his legs, but he also went 10/17 for 109 yards.

That is unacceptable in the NFL. Titans have the 3rd rated defense in the league, but that's not an excuse.

Sammy Watkins and LeSean McCoy weren't on the field, but that's not an excuse either.

Tyrod Taylor did not play well last week as a quarterback.

He was amazing as a runner, but that's not what the top QB's are paid to do.

The Browns put up 28 points against the Titans in Week 2.

The Colts put up 35 points against the Titans in Week 3.

Taylor needs a rest.

Your thought is dead wrong. By their actions the last thing the Bills coaches want to see is what EJ can bring to the table because they are expecting EJ to bring them a crap sandwich. Your man-crush on EJ is clouding your judgment.

If the coaches truly wanted to see EJ they would not have permitted Tyrod to suit up & practice for even 1 second. They would have said don't do anything this week & we're starting EJ. Instead, they've let Tyrod practice, although limited, with the slim hope that he can recover enough to play on Sunday.

I expect EJ to start because Tyrod will be too limited to play. But anyone who thinks the coaches want to see what EJ will do is delusional. They've seen enough of him in practice to be scared to death of him being on the field in a real game.

Every game is different. Your recap of point totals in other games is irrelevant. The Saints got trounced by the Eagles & then came back & won easily against the previously undefeated Falcons this past week scoring 2 more TDs.

EJ fans need a rest.

It would be a huge mistake to play Tyrod Taylor if he isn't 100%. Do we want what happened to Aaron Williams happen to him? Play him prematurely and then have himself get injured even worse? He ought to get fully healthy.

Manuel had a decent preseason but still looked like his old self, inaccurate and slow to read the defense. Its up to our amazing o coordinator to construct a plan around EJs strengths that will limit and hide his weaknesses.

The way injuries have been handled this year is disconcerting and heaven forbid the Bills continue to play well and make a run for the playoffs (knock on wood) then they have to be healthy and manage the injuries better.

All the talk from Ryan about Tyrod possibly playing versus the Bengals was at he's a smokescreen and gamesmanship to cause them to prepare for Taylor. Rex knows Taylor is the more difficult an to prepare for, but if Manuel was the clear cut starter, then the Bengals would have a much more different game plan. He does not move as well as Taylor, doesn't have as quick a release, and moves slower in the pocket.

He could have went with EJ hitting the tent or any of the overthrows on screen passes. Or maybe you meant that all three of these are accuracy problem and that's the only place most can go with EJ. That maybe be true, but, that's a biggie for a QB. Inaccuracy and injuries, but, other then that he's a future Hall of Famer.

I think people really overstate the difference in preparation for EJ vs. Tyrod. It's not like the difference in preparing for Ben Roethlisberger vs. Mike Vick, EJ and Tyrod are a lot closer to the same player. Taylor is a much better runner and more willing to go deep, but that's not the sort of thing that takes a week to deal with.

Cover Clay, spy the QB (whichever it is), and don't let McCoy (if he plays) loose in the flats.
