S/T blows.
The D is overrated and that was with K Williams.
The OL blows. The only good part about this team is the offensive skill players and most of them are hurt.
McCoy was the lone bright spot today

Painful. Nothing changed. Everything we were rooting for couldn't deliver
this team is on par with dick jauron boredom.

Lost two of our best players today, going absolutely nowhere this year.

The Defense has really been underwhelming & the Bills can't run the ball at will. Last year's team was better.
Roman has shown me nothing. Our receivers are never open, and just run straight down the field.

EJ looked better than he did last year, which isn't saying a whole lot. He still makes some head scratching throws.

I think he looked awful today. Should have traded him to Dallas. He still can't throw a screen pass!!

Funny thing is....Cleveland doesn't have much talent, but looks to be firing on all cylinders!
Have we thrown 3 screen plays this year?

Other bright spot: Only 1 sack.
There was also the intentional grounding which was basically a sack that on the stat sheet ended up as a penalty. When he was 3/4 down on the ground and heaved the ball, I had visions of JP Losman in the Meadowlands.

Well at least we get our O-Line coach back this week, maybe that will help. Though probably not

And that makes me disappointed in Greg Roman as much as anything today. Run the damn ball and attack their weakness early and often, but we didn't do that...that's on play calling. That's on Roman today IMO.
In the end, we had EJ throwing the ball 42 times, and that's exactly what we don't want. That's a recipe for disaster.

Difference is this team has vastly more talent than the Jauron teams did.
Jauron was coaching expansion franchise level talented teams, this is a team with offensive playmakers and a playoff caliber defense.

Jauron was coaching expansion franchise level talented teams, this is a team with offensive playmakers and a playoff caliber defense.
With personnel level decisions like Maybin, Jauron made a point of having expansion level teams and being sporting with his opponents, not like they were trying to beat you. Jauron very much made his bed and that was the end of him, because he was Jauron and didn't have the vaguest idea what was going on as long as he could mumble what never made sense into a mike and look cool in his hat at practice.
"Well...I think we, they....and us, played a game, and we....weren't they, so us was playing a game we failed to win, but they did, so it was us playing out there to compete which worked out more positively for them us instead of uh, us us but we competed with them, uh, us, ourselves."
This defensive scheme is clueless. Throw in the talent to work with, its embarrassing.
