I'm still glad he's gone. We were going nowhere with him and Hackett! His leaving was a huge opportunity to get it right. Looks like it was that missed opportunity.

Chan as OC. Schwartz as DC. Me as HC. I can decide when to go for it/punt/FG , to sit a player down when he does something stupid, when to use time outs. I'd let the staff handle everything else. We'd be better off than we are now.

I don't. Like Nova said, just disappointed that the opportunity to replace him after we had a Top 4 D in place was ****ed up.

I miss him.

Yeah, we'll you won't have to miss him for long

You'll see him next week and can kiss his schlong.

See how that rhymes? Almost poetic, I'd say.

You'll see him next week with his 1-5 team.

His ass we'll ream.

I still don't understand why Gailey always has to make use of what he gets at QB, instead of anyone finding him his perfect tool. Like instead of making one, he needs to reuse other ones and seems fine with it.

It's like that's his fate now.

"Hey Chan make some chicken salad of out this, we're spending all our resources on the D"

"OK"

He sucks but the team was at least disciplined and wasn't as bad at home

They were the 5th most penalized team in the league, but they were 5-3 at home, yes.

To be honest, I like that idea. I think clock management improves a lot if you are less involved in play calling and the detail-stuff. And I assume you will be more aggressive on fourth down than the common coach, which all experts and analysis claim, would improve winning odds a lot. And shouting at players that commit stupid penalties is the final important thing for a head coach.
Sounds good.

I could handle the press conferences for you. Because I can say the following sentences without blinking:
We are going to establish the run.
Our fans are our greatest asset.
We will finish games.
Our D will swarm to the ball.
Games are won in the trenches.
We will play a hard-nosed brand of football.
We will get tha ball in the hands of our playmakers.

Did I forget anything important?
