Without Russ Brandon and his marketing genius, I don't think this team is in Buffalo right now.

He sold the fans a crap product for a decade and they bought it up still filling the seats and buying merchandise.

Besides what we see on the field has nothing to do with him, he's not in charge of the personnel decisions nor does he tell the idiots on this team to go out and commit stupid penalties.
