Deonte Thompson is on the Bears practice squad. Technically, they could sign him, but considering they're in London it would be very difficult to bring someone in other than a practice squad player who went with the team to London last Monday. I doubt anyone here knows his passport status, so there's a chance he couldn't make it to London even if they wanted to sign him for Sunday.

We actually have two wideouts on the practice squad right now, Dez Lewis and something called a Titus Davis. But surprisingly they haven't called either up. I guess it's possible Harvin could catch a flight and join the team as well if he was really healthy enough to go. Easley is supposedly healthy too.

We can't sign Thompson because we cut him with Injury settlement designation I read.

Although what about Andre Davis? Guy looked good.

T.O.

He expressed interest in coming back and playing for the Cowboys while Dez was out. Jerry obviously didn't want him. T.O. apparently wants to play some football again, bring him in for vet minimum and some incentives and if he's garbage no loss.

Better than going to Deonte Thompson or Andre Davis or relying on Chris Hogan to make a difference.

Both Davis and Thompson looked good in preseason.

Thompson as someone said is with Da Bears. Don't know about Davis but maybe we should've inquired.

Me thinks they are gonna tough it out this week in hopes of getting everyone back during the bye.

 Good one.

The dude got cut by an Indoor Football League team that he partly owned. And that was three years ago!

Oh so instead we'll just have 3 WRs! That's a great plan! T.O. on one leg with his hands tied behind his back wouldn't be worse than anyone we currently will be lining up out wide Sunday.

It's a shame that "do nothing" and "sign a 41 year old wideout who's been washed up for four seasons" are the only options.

I'm surprised nobody's brought up Petite Randy Moss yet.

You shouldn't be, only 8-10 people ever really grasp anything anyway and you're lucky if a thread gets their attention.

I have a fear that if they beat struggling JAX and get jazzed up about playoff possibilities, some club on the outs will offer up a one-foot-in-the-grave-but-a-name WR and skin them alive with a trade.

Which trades are those?

jerry hughes trade, lesean mccoy are the two that come to my mind immediately.

depends on who you believe about the 2013 draft whether it was him or nix but the trade down there i thought was a good move as well. got robert woods with the trade down.
