The eye-poke happened before the 2-minute warning. It would have been 3rd-and-7 without that. The Colts probably would have had to settle for a fieldgoal, and the Broncos would likely have had 2 minutes to score the winning Touchdown. Of course, without the eye-poke, there is little doubt Manning breaks Favre's record on that last drive. Would have been sweet to get it on a last-second game-winning TD drive against his former team. Instead, you have ****ing Talib poking someone in the eye. It just doesn't get any stupider than that, nor more nasty or punkish. Should have tossed him out of the game, ask me. Should get suspended for that. Cost his team a legitimate chance to win the game and ruined a potential beautiful historic football moment.
Unforgivable.
