Flutie Flakes and The Statue of Bledsoe Compared To Tyrod Taylor

Ugh. My first time as a season ticket holder. Worth every penny.

Bledsoe had a 57.2% completion percentage in his NFL career.

Bad. Flutie had completion percentages of 57, 55, and 57% as a Bill.

Very promising. Tyrod Taylor is a young 26 years old.

I think Tyrod Taylor is going to be the future franchise quarterback of the Buffalo Bills for the next decade or more.

He has no breakfast cereal yet though and isn't being compared to monuments.

Hold off until you get your box of Taylor Rushmores.

He is the best QB we've had since Kelly.

            Beware of sample size.

Bledsoe was 5-3 with some amazing stars after his first 8 games. We know how that ended.

And saying too much at the same time.

Comparing Eichel to Perreault would be closer at this point.
Lehner's history. He just doesn't know it yet.

He was actually the front-runner for league MVP after the first half of his first season. Still tough to believe.

Post can make a special version of their corn flakes called Taylor Toasties.

During the height of the Flutie/Johnson controversy there was a cartoon in Sunday's Buffalo News where they were putting Flutie up on the Wall of Fame and a 2nd frame where they were taking it down.

Waaaay to early to annoint Taylor anything. Haven't we learned not to cream our pants prematurely just yet ??

We did it with Jauron, Fitz, Bledsoe, Trent, et all

Taylor looks good but lets wait out the season before passing judgement. Remeber half his wins are vs the Dolphins.

The league has changed, comparing stats from yesteryear is ridiculous, passing is way easier, stats continue to spiral upward. Tyrod is still a question mark.

                          He's played 6 games.

Let's hold our crowning of Tyrod until we see him do this continuously for a couple of seasons without getting mangled.

The differences are that Bledsoe was at the end of his career at that point, not beginning like Tyrod. He also couldn't escape pressure with his legs. But he was durable, something Taylor has to show he can be.

This lowly cart.... it hits harder and has a higher yards
per play average than the Bills' offense!
