So I was pretty young when the Bills had their Superbowl runs, did people hate the Bills as much as I hate the Pats? Some people have told me they HATED the Bills during those years because they won so much, but I don't know.

The Patriots are so good it makes me hate the NFL so much. It's not their fault and I respect them, it's the NFLs fault. I'm not sure why, I've thought about it a lot actually. I am starting to think that Brady/Belicheat are a largely unstoppable duo. They must have an analytics team working for them hard, because they exploit every inefficiency and rule the sport offers. They are the masters of those quick passes to a fast white guy, and utilizing picks to get that guy open. Then they have a beast TE that can just get you a first down whenever you want because people have to worry about that first speedy white guy. It's just 3 ****ing people that make this thing work, plus a coach. It's maddening.

I decided to go back to get a masters, and I had a really good conversation with my organizational behavior professors about the Pats. They are really a lesson for all other teams in how to run a perfect team, although they obviously benefited from getting lucky and drafting Tom Brady. There are however a lot of teams with arguably "better" QBs that can't pull it together, so why is that?

One day someone will write a book like Moneyball about the Pats and it is going to be fascinating. God I hate them so much.

Unless you're in Miami, I can't imagine people hating the Bills of the 90s except our own fans after the SB losses.

Except it will be in the same genre as Goodfellas, Casino and The Godfather.

no because teams with talent are appreciated. Other dynasties with superstars at every position weren't hated like this.

It is because it's done with nobodies over a long period of time which suggests they are doing something no other team does. 7superbowls in 15 years with mostly nobodies including a qb who is a 6th round pick and has routinely taken contracts less than other "lesser" qbs. The longer it goes on the more suspicious it is. And it will come out one day and they will pay for it.

Alright, so on the negated interception, it was ruled a non catch because the d back didn't have control of the ball as he came down to the ground. The fact that the ground causing a fumble was a non factor because he didn't have control to begin with. Too me he had the ball in the crook off his elbow. This seems more of a catch than David Tyree tapping the ball against his helmet.

So it was a judgement call that the Giants d back didn't have control of the ball. Does that seem fishy to anyone else?

brady is the best qb ever at a time when all the rules heavily favor qbs

belicheat is an average hc undeserving of his reputation

theres nothing special about that franchise except the diamond stutted gold plated horseshoe that emerged from their ass in 1999

When that interception was made I left the TV thinking the Giants had won and came back 3 minutes later to see the Pats had the ball again I just laughed of course that call was overturned.. But like previous posters have said the playcalling inside the 5 yard line when the Giants had the ball with 2 minutes left was terrible the Giants deserved to lose that game

i don't think we will beat the Patriots, but our chances of beating them after a loss was approximately 0%, whereas after a win it's about 5%. so i'm glad they won.

Edelman broke his foot. That should make them easier to defend on monday.

theoretically. but they'll probably replace him with some scrub on the practice squad that'll average 110 yards per game for the rest of the season.

i hate to be such a debbie downer, but when it comes to new england.....

Individually they are the Best QB & Coach in NFL history and together they are even better.

Belicheck is a Master Game Planner, great at exploiting systems, and finding ways to really make his piece work to his advantage.

Brady is GOAT

Americans generally like to root for the underdog. It's in our DNA and it's one reason why the casual fans don't root for the Pats then add all the diehard from the other 31 teams who are sick of losing to them and all the noise they make online and it's easy to see why they are so hated.

Personally, I admire what they have accomplished. It's historic and it will probably never happen again in our life times (121 wins in a decade, 12 Division Crowns, 6 AFC Championships/Super Bowl Apperances, 4 SB wins, etc) and.... Chances are after Brady/Belicheck the Pats will go through what the Bills & Dolphines have gone through after Kelly/Marino.

actually it was Miami all the AFCE fans hated, the Fins had been very good/pretty much owning the AFCE up until the end of the 80s for about 15+ years, kicking the snot out of the rest of the AFCE. the Bills didn't dominate the AFCE for anywhere near as long as the pats have with BB and Marcia. The bills owned the division for 7 years. The pats have owned it for 15. the hate for us wasn't anywhere near the level it should be for the pats at this point in time. Frankly i never thought my hatred for the fins could be eclipsed by anyone, the pats are awfully close.

The refs helped Kraft again. That Giant WR clearly touched his 2nd foot to the ground in the end zone before the ball came out in that TD they called off.

Gotta maintain possession throughout the whole process... That includes hitting the ground and maintaining control of the ball. That's the rule.

I'm ok with them pulling that one out. I didn't want to see a pissed off Pats team next Monday night. It's going to be tough enough facing them without the added motivation if coming off of a loss.

Amendola is a clone of Edelman if fully healthy.

I hate the Pats more than anything in the world, and I thought that was a no-catch.

And no, the interception wasn't an interception either. The ball clearly fell on the ground before his body slammed into it.

After seeing that b.s. last night, I was so pissed off. I'm so tired of the 'Untouchable' (according to the Ref's, at least) Tom Brady and the Patriots. Next Monday night, I will be the biggest Bills fan that isn't normally a Bills fan, that the world has ever seen.

You guys can be jealous of the Patriots success. I'm not. The past 15 years they have been great. I wish it was the Bills.
