Can't blame special teams (well, maybe a little...the fumble and missed FG didn't help)

This loss is all on the offense and their inability to make plays, sustain drives and put points on the board.

They had so many chances in the first half. So many opportunities and did nothing.

Taylor was really lacking this game. There were many open receivers. The guy won't throw it unless someone is wide open. Loss is on him as far as I'm concerned.

Remember that old Carville quote, "It's the Economy Stupid." Well in Buffalo it's the QB. We had guys open and couldn't hit the dagger throws that would have put us in a position to win.

Ball to McCoy had way too much air under it, under threw an open Hogan, under threw Sammy twice when he had space against Butler. It's the QB. Tyrod's the best available option on the team, but he's not a long term solution. So until then, we can blame the gameplans, what was Roman thinking on 3rd and inches, we can blame the OL, but ultimately it's the QB stupid.

A good QB last night - and the Bills win. Brady was totally frustrated at points in the game.

Same old story - Buffalo is the Isle of Misfit QBs. The team has desperately needed a QB for more than a decade; but they keep taking other teams' back ups and trying to elevate them to starters. Without a good QB - the team is going nowhere.

Struggles throwing to the middle of the field.
Can't 'throw a receiver open', he already has to be.
Holds on to the ball too long, too often.
Doesn't appear to have very much ability in rolling through progressions.

He was indeed culprit number 1 yesterday. Left plays all over the field. He was wildly inaccurate, couldn't read the defense and made no effort to look past his 1st read. In other words he was EJ Manuel. Just a horrendous outing from him. He needs a bounce back game big time vs Kansas. So far he's been middling all year long aside from the games vs the ****ty fish and colts. All the others have been very meh.

I really think it's not that the offense is inept, it's that the offense (QB) isn't good enough to beat good teams. Subtle difference there. Taylor isn't going to look Losman against everyone. I mean I'm not saying he's going to turn into Russell Wilson next year but it was his 8th career start in a new offense and he hasn't been a mess in all of them. He's shown some flashes of pretty good even.

I'm not making excuses for him, or talking him up to be clear, but I don't think there's any reason to give up on him this soon. Give him the season, see what happens, if he can even stay healthy.

It was a nice pipe dream to think we were contenders and it would make a difference, but we're not and it doesn't, unless your Super Bowl is a wildcard and a beating by a good team in that precious playoff game. There's one other important thing. We don't have a choice anyway, and there's 6 games left against teams that aren't New England.

He didn't have a good game, and got hurt again. The offense didn't score enough. We were beaten by the Pats. They're better than we are anyway. I'm glad that's over, Bills did better than I expected. On to the rest of the season to see how they match up against everyone else.

Not the fans. Bad coaches and gms trying to save there jobs. Add in the college game doesn't work in the nfl.

College coaches figure they only have a guy for a couple years. Why bother teaching the kid how to play qb when the spread option is so much easier to teach. It's not like they need him for 10 years like a pro team does.
