Actually glad they are getting blown out. Helps make the case to rip off the band aid quickly vs slowly over the next 1-2 seasons. Pegula needs to start with the pink slips, starting at the top with Russ, Whaley and Rex.

After this year, Rex has $5.5M guaranteed for the next 4 years.

Rex is going no where fast.

He is clearly a buffoon.

He takes a team with better personnel than it had the prior year to a worse record (even though we played the weak AFC South and NFC East) and his former team with arguably not an improved personnel is currently 9-4.

I imagine by the end of the season, most Bills fans will hit the mute button when they see him on the TV.

To Terry, $22M is pocket change. He can afford to fire him without any financial worries. But unfortunately I agree, it will be hard to do after only 1 year. So, I just hope that the team completely 100% tanks the rest of the year and gets completely destroyed in every game. At some point the embarrassment will have to tip the scales imo.

The Rex Ryan hire is a total failure. The Jets have improved drastically with him gone, the Bills have gone markedly backward. The Bills are already eliminated (with this loss) from the playoffs, and could finish the year with a losing record.

Pegula should fire ANYONE that recommended hiring that foot-fondling ass-clown, Rex Ryan.
